OUR STUDIOS

  • Find us in the heart of both cities, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Please check the addresses of our studios here

  • In Abu Dhabi: There is a dedicated parking zone for clients near building 1 (entrance through Al Mawatheeq St.) with 335 parking spaces. Please see the map here. Validate your parking token at the CRANK reception for 2 hours of free parking.

    In Dubai: Parking is not allowed inside Al Serkal Avenue. 250+ RTA parking spaces are approximately 150m away from Crank (1-2 minutes walking). The RTA code is 364C. Please see the map here.

  • We offer filtered tap water for free at our juice bar, so encourage you to bring your reusable bottles, or purchase one at the bar. We also sell water bottles if required.

  • Our juice bar offers the best smoothies in town. We encourage you to pre-order them before your session, so you can grab them and go on your way out. We also sell energy bars and snacks to refuel.

  • Our showers are undeniably the slickest in town, and we’ve loaded them with MALIN + GOETZ products, along with other toiletries so you can travel light.

  • Yes. We provide both shower and sweat towels.

OUR SESSIONS

  • We offer 45-minute low-impact, cardio-intensive RIDE sessions, and high-intensity SHAPE sessions. You can find out more about each here.

  • Absolutely. Our sessions are catered to all fitness levels and abilities. Our instructors will be aware of first-timers and offer modifications and guidance accordingly. If this is your first time at CRANK, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes earlier so that our friendly team can show you around the studio, and demonstrate the correct setup, particularly for our RIDE sessions.

  • Whether you are logging in from the website or App, click BUY, select your desired package, and proceed with the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email once this is through and then you can proceed with booking your desired session. If this is your first time at CRANK, we offer a discounted trial class.

  • All packages have an expiry date which varies depending on the type of package purchased. You can view the expiry of these when purchasing a package.

  • If you are logging in via our website, go to SCHEDULE, select your session and book your spot. You will receive a confirmation email automatically. If you are logging in via the App, go to BOOK and follow the same process.

    Please note the booking window is open seven days in advance of the desired session.

  • Whether you are logging in from the website or App, go to MY ACCOUNT, select the bookings tab and scroll down to the session you wish to cancel. Once you expand this, you will be given the option to cancel the class. You will receive a confirmation email once the class is cancelled.

  • We have a strict no-late-entry policy. This is for your own safety and to ensure we do not disrupt the experience of others. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your booked session.

  • Classes must be canceled 12 hours in advance in order to avoid charges. Classes not canceled prior to that time, including no-shows, will be charged in full. This also applies to changing to another time slot. Cancellations can be made through the Website, through the App, or by calling the studio directly.

  • If the class is fully booked, you will be prompted to enroll yourself on a waitlist. If someone cancels, you will receive a confirmation email and/or a call from a member of staff.

OTHER

  • All our instructors are first aid certified and will offer modifications throughout the session for anyone with an injury. Please make them aware of this at the start of the session. However, you should consult with your doctor/physician and consider the associated risks before participating in any activities at the studio or any of our online on-demand activities.

    Please note we employ state of the art sound and light effects for an immersive experience inside our studios. However, this may potentially cause discomfort to some people with underlying conditions. For full details please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

  • Please consult your doctor/physician to ensure they are happy for you to proceed with your exercise routine. Once cleared, please let your instructor know so they can assist with any modifications throughout the session.

  • If you wish to join the team, you will need at least a level 1 certification in running group exercise classes. If you think you have the confidence, energy and CRANK spirit, please send us an email at info@crank-fit.com

  • We do facilitate private classes for corporate events or special occasions. Prices vary depending on the requested timeslot of the class. Please contact us at info@crank-fit.com with your requirements and we would be happy to assist you.
